Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a photo showing the issue and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Understanding Print Colors

We've carefully designed our gift wrap with vibrant, beautiful colors. However, colors may appear slightly different in print than on your screen due to monitor settings and the nature of print production. This is normal for all printed products.

Returns and Exchanges

All items are made to order especially for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. For information about canceling an order before production, see our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. If a package can't be delivered due to an incorrect address you provided, we'll need to charge the actual cost for reshipping.

Refused or Returned Packages

If you refuse delivery or a package is returned to us through the mail, we cannot provide a refund, as the item was produced and shipped as ordered.
